Just a man with a dirty boat, that's how it all started. A hand me down center console named The Salty Spitoon that spanned 18 feet and the 7 seas. Ages of wet sanding and a $40 buffer later, a vision greater than my freshly restored vessel appeared. A detailing business on the Gulf Coast.

My freshly shaved head couldn't take the New Jersey cold anymore, so I packed up my Honda Civic with my heading being Tampa Bay. My long term Airbnb was a camper the size of a shoebox laid in a residential front yard of broken seashells. Though my storage space was lacking, all it took was another buffer and a bucket of soap to ignite the flame of a distant spark.

Next thing you know I'm begging coworkers to find me a boat to detail for free. I had an idea of what I was doing but was also extremely nervous. As the boats were detailed and confidence rose I decided to tell Instagram I'd detail boats for free too... needless to say, people became interested fast. It was an extremely overwhelming experience but in the best way possible. I had no clue what I was doing when it came to people interested in my service, but it really showed me the potential of my business.

Now this is what I do full time and I take pride in delivering fantastic results. My favorite form of detailing is oxidation removal, especially when it needs to be sanded. Work is work, but the process and transformation afterwards is extremely rewarding. I do all detailing work from maintenance washes to ceramic coatings.
